These are 6 BHK duplex apartments with a 26 feet ceiling in the living room and a 270 degree sea and city view. The architectural design of the glass-façade building has been done by Palmer and Turner Architects, Singapore, while Wilson Associates, New York, have done the interiors. 

Each residence, be it the 4 BHK or the 6 BHK has a separate dry and wet kitchen, enclosed dining area for a formal evening, walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom, marble and stone finishes. 

There is a separate study/library as well. Ahuja Towers is scheduled for completion in 2014. 

The twin towers have only one apartment in each wing. 


Amenities are spread across four levels, two below the first residential level and the other two at the 25th and 41st levels.
