Tata Housing to launch premium project along the Eastern Express highway in Mulund, Mumbai


Tata Housing is all set to launch a premium residential project along the Eastern Express highway in Mulund. The project will be spread over 8 acres of land parcel and will have six high rise residential towers. It will have spacious 3 and 4 BHK apartments with lifestyle and recreation amenities which include a large club house spread over 60,000 sq. ft., swimming pools, landscaped gardens, children’s play area, indoor and outdoor games etc.

Mumbai 16th costliest global city for luxury homes


Mumbai is the 16th most expensive city in the world in terms of owning a prime residential property with a price tag of around Rs 57,000 per sq ft, according to a report by real estate consultancy Knight Frank.

As per Knight Frank's prime international residential index, India’s financial capital is also among the few global cities that saw realty prices going up in 2012.

The report by the London-based consultancy firm has put Monaco, Hong Kong, London, Geneva and Paris in the top five positions. More details here
