Godrej Properties has announced plans to redevelop Sahakar Nagar Vibhag II Federation in Chembur, Mumbai

Godrej Properties (GPL) plans to build a modern residential development comprising of 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK apartments in Chembur by redeveloping Sahakar Nagar Vibhag II Federation.

The company through its wholly owned subsidiary Godrej Redevelopers Mumbai Private Limited has also signed a Development Agreement to execute the same.

The project spread over 3.9 acres will offer approx 750,000 sq.ft of free sale area. Project will comprise of 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK apartments.

Godrej Properties have announced a redevelopment project in Mumbai suburb Malad.


Godrej Properties (GPL) plans to build a luxury residential project in Malad by redeveloping Sunder Sangam Cooperative Housing Society.

GPL through its wholly owned subsidiary Godrej Projects Development Private Limited (GPDPL) has also signed a Development Agreement to execute the same.

The project spread over 1.3 acres will offer approx 95000 sq.ft of free sale area. The exisiting 118 members will be rehabilitated as part of this project.
