Godrej Properties to develop a project in Bhandup (W), Mumbai with Ador Group

Godrej Properties Limited has entered into a development agreement with Ador Group to develop a 6.7 acre land parcel on LBS Marg, Bhandup (W).

Located off the Mulund exit from Eastern Express Highway, it has good physical and social infrastructure in the vicinity.


Potential saleable area is about 72,000 sq.metres and the project will be developed as a premium residential group housing project.

Godrej Properties has announced plans to redevelop Sahakar Nagar Vibhag II Federation in Chembur, Mumbai

Godrej Properties (GPL) plans to build a modern residential development comprising of 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK apartments in Chembur by redeveloping Sahakar Nagar Vibhag II Federation.

The company through its wholly owned subsidiary Godrej Redevelopers Mumbai Private Limited has also signed a Development Agreement to execute the same.

The project spread over 3.9 acres will offer approx 750,000 sq.ft of free sale area. Project will comprise of 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK apartments.
